Nkum Associates collaborates locally with a number of consultancy firms, such as Ghartey Associates, Sigma Consult, Pentax Consultancy Services, PAB Consult, CEDEP, IBIS, etc. in the execution of assignments in the fields of decentralised planning and development management at community and district levels, and in organising and facilitating initiatives in poverty reduction.

On the international front, the core personnel of Nkum Associates have since 1989 been co-operating with COMIT, a German-based Planning, Training and Organisation Development consultancy firm operating in Africa, Asia and Europe in the preparation of training manuals and delivery of courses in Participatory Project Planning and Project Cycle Management techniques under the auspices of the German Foundation for International Development, (DSE) in Berlin.  We also collaborate with ODCI, a German-based international Organisation Development consulting group of trainers, Gestalt psychologists, and Human Resource Development specialists.
