Corporate Philosophy
Our guiding philosophy is that development is a learning process. All one can do is to enhance people's skills and information base, open up opportunities and trust the process by which people make choices and to assist where needed in the pursuit of the choices.
Our work style therefore, is to assist our clients to generate valid and useful information, make free and informed choices and develop internal commitment to the choices they make.Our essence is to facilitate and influence processes of growth and change by enhancing awareness and promoting learning through contact/action.
This philosophy is depicted in our company logo, which represents two foetuses with inter-twined umbilical cords. The logo is an adapted Akan Symbol, which means “we are not born with teeth, we grow them”.
As a firm of consultants, we believe strongly that when a person ceases to learn, he/she ceases to live. We are, therefore, a learning organisation, operating in teams. |
