Mr. Jesse Coffie Danku is a result oriented Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Development Expert with specific experience in areas of project implementation, M&E and strategy development process. He has technical specialty in hydrogeology, water resources management and climate change issues. He has in-depth knowledge and practice in strength based approaches, including Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS), hygiene awareness campaigns and behaviour change communication. He has knowledge in development context and issues in particular Rights Based Approach, equity and inclusion participation and governance. Jesse has different facilitation skills in capacity development of stakeholders, strengthening organizational learning processes and general organizational development of local organizations (both government and civil society organizations) and use of evidence based advocacy tools and approaches to achieve results.
Jesse has extensive experience in working with development partners, Government Ministries and decentralized governance structures, local partner organizations particularly in the areas of development planning, service delivery mechanisms, training and modalities for engaging actors in decision making.
